IFTCA plays an important role and are helpful in effective communication between the Choreographer/Assistant Choreographer and the management in Bollywood. They provide the advice and support to ensure that the differences of opinion do not turn into major conflicts. The central function of an IFTCA is to represent members at work.

We soon starting seniority compensation for our senior members of 65+ (Proposed but not Yet Sanctioned/Implemented)
● Permanent Life Time Disability GrantL (PLTD)
In the event that a member becomes bedridden and is unable to perform any work, the association, upon receipt of a medical examination and verification of the necessary documentation, may extend the death compensation amount to the member as a disability grant. This provision is intended to offer financial support directly to the members during their lifetime. Accordingly, once this grant is issued, no additional death compensation shall be disbursed to the member’s family. (Sanctioned & Implemented)
